It's simpler than you think

Many years ago, I attended a very successful hurdle coach’s presentation who had coached multiple Olympians. As I rushed over to the hotel conference room (I know you know) through the crowd of people, my heart rate was up. I had to get there to get a good seat so I could lock in and take notes. By the time I got there, the room was 90% filled and I found an empty seat about two thirds back in the room.
